ND.E.L. Motors officially joined the Briggs Auto family in 2009, but the long relationship between D.E.L. Motors operating partners D.E. Lacer and Mark Hartung and Briggs Auto owner Russ Briggs dates back to the very beginning of the Briggs organization.

Hartung and Lacer were the first and second employees, respectively, of R.B. Enterprises when Russ and Ilene Briggs started with one small used car center in their hometown of Manhattan, Kan., nearly 30 years ago.

A few years later, Lacer went on to start D.E.L. Motors in his hometown of Junction City in 1981. Over the years, D.E.L. Motors has maintained its focus on customer service with an efficient and hassle-free shopping experience – the same values held by the Briggs Auto organization. When the two dealerships partnered in 2009, Hartung, also a native of Junction City, made the transition from used car manager at Briggs Nissan to operating partner at D.E.L. Motors.

Together, D.E.L. Motors and Briggs Auto have expanded their inventory and service, allowing customers in the Junction City area to choose from even more quality pre-owned vehicles at affordable prices. In addition, customers may have their vehicles serviced at D.E.L. Motors, which employs an ASE Certified Auto Technician.
